Bob hope I'm understanding you correctly. I have a qt using keysoft 6.11 and this is what I did.
I enter the calculator and make sure it is cleared. I press control period and enter the number of digits I want after the decimal point. I'm immediately returned to the display which is at 0. I then entered the formula y * 3 which is pi times 3 and press enter. I get an answer showing the number of digits I want after the decimal point. I clear the display again to 0, press control period and enter a different number of digits to be shown after the decimal point. I then repeat the calculation y * 3 and this time I get an answer with the requested number of digits after the decimal point. If you're talking about entering a calculation and displaying the result and then changing the number of digits after the decimal, the display will not show this change. You need to clear the display and reenter the calculation. Then the result will show the new number of digits you just entered which will follow the decimal point. Don
