In his response to my note on the subject, Jonathan stated that SD card was
chosen because it is cheaper. He also stated that the new patch upgrades
the ROM. Hopefully, I quoted his note correctly, I am trying to do a
recall, <smile>!!
My question is:
If the patch is downloaded unto a Compact Flash card, will it not BURN RTO
ROM during the installation process? SD Cards may be cheaper, but I have a
1GB CompactFlash Card that still has plenty of room. Why do I need to FLING
OUT $15 for an SD card especially if I really don't need it now and I am
merely being forced to get one because of the adaptive notetaker I am using?
I am at a loss like everyone else, but this is bad, bad business!!
