Suggestion: 1. Add our questions and your answer to F&A on your Website. Keep it update. 2. Add the SEARCH engineer to your website include the old messages of the BrailleNote list server. 3. Update the User's Guide manual with the date on your website downloads.
This might help the Humanware Tech. Support easy way. Did you JUNO and other companies have "e-tech-support"? Maybe Humanware could charge us $20 per issue like Microsoft Tech Support. I paid $35 twice times but I got both refunds beause they did not solve my problems. I felt it was worth to me. Leslie--
