After deleting the keysoft.ksd file I did the restart as instructed from that point, not returning to the main menu. Since then I have done all 3 kinds of resets trying to make an improvement on timing with no luck. I've also Freed Database space and cleared all the internet files possible.
I was just looking for degrag. I'd been having reading problems aas some may
recall. Dean suggested I delete the keysoft.ksd file. I did so and it seems
to have solved the reading by character problem, but several new problems
have been created. Firstly thing sare happening now in slow motion from
downloading of mail to opening of diffferent fiolders in Keymail. I was just
spell checking a message in keymail and hit the HELP key to be reminded how
to change spelling when the right choice wasn't given in the suggestions
list and instead was asked "Ready to Send" When I hit N for no, I was sent
out of th emessage which was trashed and asked "There is one message in the
out box...send now" question.
