sincerely, Blake
I suppose since new folks are introducing themselves to the list, I should
do the same. I joined just a few days ago. My name is Blake Sinnett, but of
course you probably were able to figure that out already. I graduated from
Missouri school for the blind a little over a year ago. I've used a
BrailleNote there. The school didn't own one because they invested in
Braille 'N Speaks. But then again, there weren't too many students who
needed the advanced functionality of a BrailleNote or a PackMate. The
Braille teacher purchased one around the beginning of my senior year. She
wanted to know if I'd like to take a look at it, and of course I fell in
love with the thing. I learned quite a bit about the device just studying
the onboard user guide. I was able to teach her some things about it. I have
always excelled in the area of technology though. Now, I plan on obtaining a
BrailleNote MPower just as soon as possible. When I heard about the USB host
ports, I was thrilled to say the least. That's basically how I came to know
the BrailleNote. So thanks humanware for producing a great product.
