it is similar to cable and DSL, but it doesnt use a phone line or a coaxial
cable it is essentially wireless high-speed internet. All you need to get
connected when you are else where like a hotel or something is an outlet and
you are on the internet, everything is wireless they give you internet using
radiowaves hence the name clearwire. You can cee if it is available within
your area by going to www.clearwire.com and they also have a phone number
but i dont know it off hand.
