Hi Pam, The 10060 error means that the MPower could not connect to your mail server. It could certainly happen if your wireless connection is not stable although -42 really isn't a bad reading usually. In general a number such as -27 is a strong wireless signal while -70 is weaker. Unfortunately though, there's no real scale to judge signal strength, so you just have to kind of guess at it.
It's also possible there was some sort of problem accessing an outside location such as your mail servers from this particular network, but that's really just a guess. Sometimes if you get the 10060 error, you can disconnect from the network, connect again, and you can be able to access the mail server. Bottom line: you just have to play with it sometimes. Don
