Hi, Nicole: If you are using the BN BT, within your document, press F Backspace, (1,2,4). Generally, I do this at the top of my document so that I press F for forward, though B for Back is fine. Write in the text you wish to find, and press Enter. You'll see "replacement Text?" Enter that, and press Enter. You'll see "replace all or first?" Write that information in and press Enter.
