Hi Everyone, I received my BN BT back from repair in May. Some of the keys including some of the thumb keys were replaced when it was in for repair. I have tried to do a better job cleaning the Braille display and the keys and thumb keys with a damp washcloth. I'm noticing that when I'm reading books on the BN so using the BN for a long period of time like two or three hours that the third thumb key gets stuck. I have the thumb keys set to the standard right-handed setting. It does it maybe two or three times when I'm reading a book that's over approximately 100 pages. It does this with Web Braille books and Bookshare books. I don't read a lot that are long documents except books. I also sometime notice when I've been writing for a long time that the BN says bottom of document when I press space with dots 4-5-6. I don't think I'm at the top of the document when I press this. The ducuments are like 6 or 7 pages in Braille keyword braille files. I press the bottom of file command frequently when writing because of the BN's cursor how it works. I can't think of how to explain now you know how the BN inserts wherever the cursor is instead of appending at the end of the files?
I am just wondering if my BN needs to go in for repair again? Am I dealing with a minor problem now that could become major? Thanks for your help and your time. Have a great weekend everyone. Lisa
