To my knowledge, you need to fill in the pop server, smtp server, and 
authenticication.  Usually, it's not required, but lately, I am seeing where it 
is.  I'm not familiar with this particular isp so I'm not sure how your 
settings should be.  Fill those in, and you should be fine.  They'll have to 
give them to you, and ask if you need the dns address.  Good luck, let us know
