Hi Cathy,
That's the strap that you would thread the cable from your gps receiver
through to connect it to the bn if you had one. This would be, of course,
for a receiver that wasn't bluetooth.

The thing I like about the little accessory pack is the long velcro strips
that wrap along both ends of the voicenote so it's held on the sides as
well as on the back of the main case. Clever design. THis reminds me of
something I"ve meant to ask since I got my unit. On the neck strap, there
is a long velcro flap that goes from one side of the strap to the other
running along about a foot or less of the strap from one end. I can't
figure out what this is for. Any hints?
