first create A folder
on the flash disk.
step 2 name the folder the same as on your cf card.
press F
then press C you will land on copy file on what drive.
go to the folder on your compact flash card, and press inter.
press dots 3 5 and press inter
press F for flash disk, then press inter on the folder of the same name.
press Y when it ask you do you want to confirm each file, press no.
that will copy all the files to that folder.
