Hello Sharon,
The only way I know to do this is save your Email as a file. Go into your
Email. While in the text of your message, do an S chord. Or, if you
please, S with spacebar. You will be asked the usual questions as to where
you wish to save it? Select compact flash and the appropriate directory on
that card. Once all selections are made press enter and your Email is
saved to a file. A file can be transferred most anywhere and you can paste
this file into other Email.
