When I use Active Sync to transmit Microsoft Word and .RTF files to the BrailleNote Classic, the format changes as needed. But when I copy files to a Compact Flash card and then put the card into the BrailleNote, the document does not display properly on the BN. Is there software for the PC or a command on the BN to reformat these files to display on the BN?
The source document is in MS Word 2003. I save it as a Rich Text .RTF file to remove diagrams. I use the .RTF format to retain numerous tables in tab delimited format. I appreciate any tips for copying large, complex Word documents to the BN via Flash cards. Rob
