Hi,

I have used a Belkin Usf to Serial for several years, since the summer of 2001.
The only thing I will say is that getting the latest drivers off the Belkin
web site is important. Make sure you have the right drivers for your operating
system. After installing the drivers, make sure you totally shut down and
connect the cable before rebooting. Also check in Control Panel, System,
Hardware Tab, and find the Usb serial port so you know for sure what com port
you are using. I one in my case, the USB cable used com3.

Good luck.
