One thing I am sure you may have noticed when you use a braillenote is 
that the speech and braille don't match up. many times what's spoken isn't 
always brailled. I think this is what's frustrating Leslie. when the unit 
is being updated, it's not always showing all the options. It may show 
some, but not all. for instance in the time zones it may show Pacific, but 
not Canadian right away. You have to navigate to the different options. 
But if you don't know this, it can be discouragint. Furthermore, you need 
to be able to read quickly. I don't know if Leslie is a fast braille 
reader or not. I hope this helps you understand some of his frustration.
