I was trying to make a payment to bookshare. I followed the instructions and
even saw my responses, credit card number, type of card, address, phone number,
name, and all.
I was able to press the first button to submit the payment. Oops, what came up
here? Another page saying please confirm the information. I read it and
pressed the bottom button as instructed. That's when the trouble started. My
system just beeped and beeped.Nothing would upload. Is there something I
should have done before hitting that button?
Not to be thwarted, I sent my information to support.
Before I post the support man's response, I'd like to ask a few questions here.
Why are you giving those people wireless with very little securinty? Why don't
you think that since they have wireless they might want to pay their bills on
the road without the benefit of a PC?This isn't too much to ask. Maybe by
giving you his response, you can work with bookshare, although I suspect the
problem might be a bit more complicated.

Hi Brenda,
The Voice Note does not support the 128 bit security encryption that is
used by the payment processor, Verasign. I will ask the Site Manager to
process the payment for you. Thanks.
