Hello all,
My name is Chris and I am from Missouri. First, I would like to say that I
am glad to be on this list and I hope to participate in the discussions
about the Braille note.
Now, on to my problem. Tonight, I was going to write something in my
Braille note and when I turned it on, all the keys were frozen. So, I did a
warm reset, and got the following message:
"Flash Disk warning, an error occurred while formatting the flash disk
folder error code 31"
Then, I checked to see if my folders were their, and nothing was their,
including the default folders that the company had.
In case anyone from Tech support is on this list, here is my keysoft info.
