Good morning, Richard: First of all, did you move your data, or go into the Utilities Menu and back it up. When you go into your address list, does it beep at you? If you send an e-mail, does it say "folder does not exist, create a new folder?" If it does, you would say yes. What version of KeySoft are you running, and I can answer you better.
