Hi Janel, I don't think I experienced this problem using Keysoft 6,11, but this used to happen to me quite frequently with the first version of Keysoft I used with my classic VN. If this happens again, press space with e, and BN will prompt, "Abandon email session or hang up immediately?" Press y to abandon the email session, or i to hang up immediately. Next, perform a regular reset, before waiting ten minutes or so before re-commencing the download process. Your other messages should download fine the second time around. Hope this helps. David
