Hi, Rosemary:
The parts have come in, I believe, so I wouldn't think the wait would be too
long. I know for a while there had been a shortage of parts, but I'd think
you'd be fine. Hope all goes well.
Regards,
Rhonda Clark

>Hi Ronda, You're getting terribly good at predicting when a BN or BNPK has to
>go to the hospital. (grin) I'm sending mine in tomorrow. I was able to get
>it out of one-handed mode with the help of tech support a couple of times,
>then it kept going back there, but the keyboard wasn't really working, and I
>just could not get it out. I could get through menus using the joystick but
>that's a little tricky, too. I couldn't get the PK to rename a folder, it
>just flipped me back to the previous item. So, unfortunately, back it goes.
>I hope that this is the only trouble I'll have with it. My BN has behaved
>perfectly, but I want the PK for GPS because of bluetooth and how light it is
>to carry with me. Chris, in tech support, said that he thought it might take
>five business days to get it fixed and returned, so I'm hoping that I'll have
>it back by the end of June. How long have other people had to wait for their
>units to get repaired?
