In asking questions about policy and things, I received this
message from Dean.  I'm so disappointed about responses, I think
I'll be looking for other products.
I've been teaching people the BN.  I've been working with people
having equipment problems.  This is my response.  By the way, I
have written to Jonathan, and Phil Rance, before I ever posted to
Dean.

If you are not happy with the customer service in the US, this
needs to be
handled and escalated in and with the US office since customer
services do
not report to me.

If you are not happy with the policy on SMA please contact
