Shannon, you have to use ActiveSync to transfer files from your mPower
to your computer and vice versa. When you have the ActiveSync connection
set up, the mPower will show up as a drive on the computer. Read the
section in the manual about ActiveSync, then ask here if you have
trouble setting it up.

Okay thank you Julia. I did connect it to my USB port on my machine but
it is only showing me the current drives that I already have. There is
no other new device or drive. There needs to be doesn't there? I mean
the VN ought to have a title or a drive letter, correct? Or do I have
to set up a connectivity configuration for this to work? I feel like a
stone aged dinosaur!Any help is highly and gratefully appreciated!
Shannon
