It is hard initially. but once you develop strength in those forefinger 
and thumbs, you'lll be glad you did! I had a hard time initially as well. 
I just get my thumb under that little lip that protrudes from the bottom 
of the card and my fore finger on the top and just pull straight out. Now 
some people use instruments to assist with this task. I strongly advise 
against this. Develop those fingers! Develop those forefingers and thumbs. 
I used my nails for this purpose. Now perhaps in future manufacturing, 
Baum, the german developer could put a little indentation in their m 
achine so that people can get a small grip. but does Baum read this list? 
I seriously doubt it. Good luck!

P.S. Please don't wiggle the card either as this will only loosen the fit 
and will eventually cause additional problems.
