Well thanks for all the help and input. Activesync worked, the file transfers didn't. I was even able to copy just the flash disk and when I tried to put it in to the other unit after resetting it, it said it couldn't copy keysoft to the mobile device because it was right protected. It looks like they'll just have to send the unit in to get it repaired. Ah well. They've shut down till September 6 at KRCBVI so whatever they do will wait till then. Thanks for all your input.
