Hello List,
Hopefully I remember to spellcheck before I send it. Haha.
Anyway, I have a bluetooth cell phone and use Sprint as my provider. With the
vision plan, it is $15.00 per month. They allow you to use your phone as a
modem for a computer or PDA, but they do not support it.

This is somewhat of a delima for me. I have a couple of issues with bluetooth
communication between my PK and my cell phone, which is a PM 325 by LG.
First when I reset the pk, I have to reactivate the modem in the bluetooth
devices in the connectivity menu. Second, when I turn off the phone, I have to
re-enable the BrailleNote on the cell phone. This isn't a fig deal, because I
memorized the menus of the phone.
What is a big deal is the handling of passwords. This has to be a BrailleNote
issue, because when I connect via bluetooth with my laptop and the cell phone I
do not have any problems.
The problems are.
1. The www.loc.gov/nls/braille web site. When I put in user name and
password, I can't log in. Using computer braille of course.
2. Bookshare.
I can log on to the site with my user name and password just fine. When I
unpack the book however, I get invalid password. Using the same password!

When I connect the BrailleNote to a wireless network with a wifi card, no
problems. I only encounter the password issue when using bluetooth and the
cell phone.

Anyone else had this kind of experience? I'm open to suggestions.
I've tried all the resets, reinstalled the bookshare utility and checked my
phone to see if there were relevant settings that needed to be modified.
