Hi I had a similar problem a few months ago. When I went to use the index it couldn't find it. The problem turned out to be my flash disk was too full. Check the free space on your disk. Get it up to about 2 to 3 million I think. I'll have to look up the instructions they gave me. After deleating material, Sue Mangis
