Its fixed. Dean told me we must first delete the manual folder on the flash
disk first before we can run the program from the keysoft disk. Thank you so

Theresa, hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I know you have
a Qwerty Keyboard, so this is what I believe you do.
From the Main Menu, press U for Utilities. Press A for Application.
Press K for KeySoft, at the "drive" prompt. Press Read with T to get into
the folder name. At the "list of folders" prompt, you want Windows.
Press Enter. "Program name?" space down to see bnq. Press Enter at the
Command Line. Do a reset.
Again, from the Main Menu, press U, A, K, and Read with T. This time, you
are looking for usvnb.
