Sandi, when you create a file, you can press S-chord until you either get to 
KeyWord, or Version Two Braille Documents.  Also, what are you running at your 
setup options? I mean when you go to open a document, but go past embossing to 
setup options, press Enter, and press Space, what does it say? You can change 
your settings by using dots 3-4 Chord, then press Enter.  Hope I didn't totally 
confuse you.
