writing your password in computer Braille, correct?

I need some suggestions here.
This goes back to an earlier post about bluetooth, connectivity
and all of that.
I am currently traveling and using my BrailleNote PK with my
bluetooth cell phone.
I downloaded a book from bookshare.
When I try to open the book, it says invalid password.
This only happens when I use the phone to connect to the
internet. I don't think it's the phone though.
I have used my laptop with the bluetooth phone and downloaded and
unpacked books just fine.
So this led me to clearing cookies, and deleting temporary files.
When I try to delete the temporary files in the internet options
file management menu, I get the message that the system cannot
find the files specified.
I have also tried all the resets, and reinstalling the bookshare
utility.
Help. This is frustrating.
