When you open a Word document for example, we utilise a Microsoft doc to RTF converter which we then convert to KeyWord, which is all our own code. However, if you open an RTF file, we use a converter to bring it into KeyWord which again, is our own code. Regarding your comments concerning KeyMail, we are aware that the manual claims we support many popular protocols and this will be rectified as soon as possible. It is not a deliberate attempt to mislead BrailleNote uses but rather, a documentation error. Your comments about KeySoft being a shell only holds true for some KeySoft components. To give an example, KeyWeb uses an Internet Explorer engine but KeyPlan is again, all our own.
