Hi Penny: When you download the book on your cf card, you should be able to go to Main Menu, press B. You see "unpack Bookshare book in which drive? You'd go to the Compact Flash card. You'd go to the book name. Press Enter. You are asked for your password. Then, you see "unpack book into which folder? Go to My Books. After "please wait," you should see "review Options?" I just press Enter. It will beep a little more, then you see "delete packed bookshare book?" I usually don't until I make sure the book is there. Good luck. Kind Regards, Rhonda Clark
