Hi Penny and List:
Penny, when you open your document, press S chord. You will see "document has
not been modified." Press Backspace twice until you see "drive list". Press C
for Compact Flash, and press Enter. Go to the folder you wish to save it in.
When you see "file name"? press Backspace with X until you get to the document
type you want to save it in. For instance, if you're saving it as a .brf file,
when you see that name, don't press enter. In this particular type, you'll
need to write its name in computer Braille. Then, press Enter at that point.
You can save it as any document type you wish. Then you'll be asked, "open
document after saving"? I generally do. At this point, you will still be in
the e-mail section, so you can delete that e-mail. You may want to save it
until you go to your document to make sure it saved the way you want.
Kind Regards
Rhonda
