Mary Ellen, the problem is that the AT trainer put a link to the files
in her start up menu, and she doesn't know where the dingdong files
are now.  Remember a link in the start-up menu is just that, a link,
those are *not the real files!  She needs to find the files first,
*then* she can copy them.  The problem, at least at first, is the
location of the files.
