This is Joseph. I think you should go to Contacts on the PAC Mate and check if you have the email addresses stored there. I'm not sure whether it is either KeySync's fault or Outlook's fault. I hope this information may hlep you. p.s. I think somebody who've used PAC Mate or KeySync might be able to answer your question.
