Hi Ann,

Yes. But I think I resolved it myself. It happens not
with Reset. It happens because when I update my
appointment, the alarm value goes back to no. Here's
the proceedure that I've done:
1. Press Reset with dots 1-2-3 until you hear chime or
speech from the BN. Now you're running KeySoft ROm
image (I personally call it the KeySoft Safe Mode.).
2. Start File Manager and navigate to Flash
Disk/Keyplan folder.
3. Press dots 2-3-5-6-7 (BACKSPACE with dots 2-3-5-6).
KeySoft will prompt, "delete Keyplan folder and its
subfolders. Sure?" Press Y for yes. After few moments
KeySoft will pop up and say something like, "1 folder
erased. 5 files erased."
4. Press Reset with no keys held down. After few
moments you'll hear chime or speech from your BN. What
it really does is that it recreates Keyplan folder and
rebuilds Planner database. That proceedure solved the
problem. Sorry if I went technically further. (I'm not
Dean or anybody from HumanWare.) Thanks for the help.
p.s. I got the idea of deleting Keyplan folder from
Dean Jackson's email about deleting Windows folder to
uninstall GPS. Thanks Dean! You gave me the idea which
proved to be useful in other situations.
