Jennifer, do you take the micro drive out before turning the unit
on? I know that's what's generally recommended, although with my
mPower I have to put it in before turning it on. Not sure what kind
of BN you have, but if your micro drive is in when you turn it on and
your unit resets, you might want to try removing the drive before
turning the BN on.
