I just got an email from a high speed dial up provider saying that you can set
up a manual connection and use high speed dial up with Windows CE 4.20 and
Keysoft 6.11 or 6.2. The privider is called alvantage.
or all vantage. Just do a google search for high speed dial up and it comes up
in the sponsored links.
