Lisa,

You might try sending something else as an attachment, something small.  Try 
sending it to yourself and see if it works.  Then you will know whether or not 
it's the particular file.

Hi Everyone,
Okay I tried the following things and the attachment still refchses still send. 
 Perhaps I need to delete the email database?

1.  I tried the 4-5-6 reset and the 1-2-3 resets.

2.  I tried sending the attachment to myself.

3.  I have deleted the email from my outbox every time before I have tried 
resending it.  So every time I try to send it essentially I create a new 
message and put in the attached file.



I emailed the tech support person at GW Micro and told him I hoped to have the 
file to him by Monday.  I'm glad I've never tried to send attachments until 
now.  I cannot imagine how frustrating this would be if it was an assignment 
for a college course.  Maybe others are able to send attachments all the time.
Any suggestions please?
