Hello Ray, In order to get to 6.11 from 4.01, your client will have to purchase eac upgrade. He will not be able to skip a step. He will have to get 4.02 which is free. then 5.0, then 5.1 then 6.0 and then 6.11. You can download 4.02 form the Humanware site. But all the rest will have to be paid for individually and instructions will come with them. All the best! Isaac
