you might want to try exersizing the braille cells. Maybe something is
sticking. At least it cann't hurt.
Good luck.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem with braille display

Hi all:
Ok, I don't know if anyone can help me, or if someone has had this problem.
I have a 32 cell bt and just got the upgrade to 6.11. Everything for the
most part works wonderfully and I am very happy with the upgrade. But, in
the past week, I have had an interesting problem with my braille display.
When I'm reading in a document, sometimes the left half of the display will
get stuck, and when I press advance, the right side moves to the next line,
but the left side still shows the same information, and it will do this
every time I press advance. Even a reset doesn't fix it, that only causes
the left side to be totally blank, in the menus and everything. The voice
will advance and do everything as normal. To fix this, sometimes if I go
into the options menu and to braille display options, it kind of fixes
itself.
I had no trouble like this at all before the upgrade, and the braille is in
very good condition. Could it be some corruption in the file system or
something?
Thanks for reading, and I pray I can get some help with this. There's
nothing worse than teaching a class and having it do this to me... LOL.
