Well, call me a kermudgeon if you want, but I'll take this opportunity to
suggest that people proofread their messages before they send them. I know
that when writers are typing their notes fast, sometimes letters or words
get skipped, but a proofread of the message before it's sent would make lots
of emails easier to understand. Really, I don't expect perfection, but many
messages I receive are garbled.
