As someone who has used the PK since it first came off the assembly
line, perhaps I can help. (Granted, until recently, I have not used
it to its fullest capacity on the web, etc.)
But, the first thing is indeed the size. It is amazing what can be
done with something this small.
The main differences in features in my opinion are:
1. Two USB slots for other devices like hard drives, floppy drives, whatever.
2. an SD Flash card slot in addition to the PC/MCIA slot and the
type 1 compact flash slot.
3. 128 Megabytes of memory.
4. The ability to record audio and stream audio on the web.
(Apparently, some time in the not too distant future, the PK will
also record, but it won't ever stream audio.)
I have not gotten my hands on an mPower to check out, but from all
the reading I have done, I think those are the main
differences. Everything else they both have in common, I think. I'm
sure I probably left something out that others can fill in.

Hi Folks:
I have a bit of a quandary. I nead to understand the differences
between the mPower BT18 and the PK version of the Braille note
family. I understand the size issue. Any help would be appreciated
all over the place.
