Hi Kolby,

Try exercising the braille display and see if this gets the dot to behave.

Go into the options menu with space o then space with i to get to the support
menu. If you are using a qt keyboard, you get to options with function and o
and then read with i to get into support mode.

Once there, hit the letter x to start exercising the braille display. Let it
run for maybe a minute or two and then you can terminate it with space e on the
bt
keyboard or escape on the qt board.

See if this clears the problem. If not, you may need to send the unit to hw
when you can. Also, a call to Humanware support might be a good idea if
exercising the display does not work.

Hi Everyone,
One of the dots is sticking on my Braille display, I don't really use it since
i read six-dot braille, but it still bugs me. What can I do to get the dot
unstuck? Any
ideas?
Thanks.
Kolby
