Have you done a free up database? I have found that usually takes care of that little anomoly. It doesn't do it as much on the mpower as on the classic but the classic simply has a hissy fit with e-mails.

Subject: [Braillenote] still an email concern

I mentioned a possible bug earlier, and my bn is still doing this from time to time. It says I have x number of new messages, and when I've received them, I receive one less than it said I had to begin with. Nothing is left on the server. So again, I don't know if it is incorrectly reporting the number of new messages that I have, or if it's dropping one during the process of receiving. When this happens it's always one less. Earlier today it said I had two, but I received one. Just a few minutes ago it said there were seventeen new messages and then I received sixteen. I hope I'm not losing important messages along the way. I'm not sure how to find out what is going on here since it doesn't happen every time.

Pam
