Hello Don, Thanks for the suggestions. I did try different access numbers with no luck. The pk works fine with the same numbers, but the m-power simply connects and then eventually disconnects without logging on. I have also tried using other phone lines from different locations. This does not seem to make a difference. Thanks though. I know from previous posts that you are quite knowledgable in this area. David
