It means that for whatever reason, teh mp3 wasn't sampled at a multiple of
11000 Hertz (AKA: 11. KHZ, 22 KHZ, 44.1 KHZ.) Most likely the mp3 is at 48
KHZ (which is the sampling rate they use in DAT tapes, if you're curious.)
Other than going into an editor like Gold Wave on your computer and changing
the sampling rate to 44.1 CD standard, there's not really much that can be
done about this.
