I'm beginning to wonder if there are security settings on our 'puters
that won't let us download them. I'm in contact with the guy who
built our 'puter, and am hoping he might have some thoughts. He just
sent me an email asking if I was still up, so I don't know if he's
planning on coming over or calling or what. We'll see. I hope the
problem can be fixed; I'd hate to think we'll go through this for
every upgrade. <shudder>

would cause some internet providers not to download it? Doesn't make
