Kristen, Are you using a BT? If so: 1. Run the BN till it dies. 2. Charge to 100 percent 3. Go to options, then space with I Then the letter f 4. Put the BN in a place where it won't drive you nuts and let it talk till it dies. 5. After its dead, plug it in, turn it on, hit space to get how long it took to drain. Then let it charge back up and your done.
