Hi, Don. As I read through my email today, I think there are around 450
messages. Between 3 and 400 is usual for me each day. I wouldn't want to
try to read through 900, but I might get tired of reading through 300 and
download another 300. I don't use the bn for mail very often, just when I
travel.
Next week, I will be at the ACB convention, so will have to read my email
all week with the bn with 6.11.
I am really looking forward to upgrading to the Mpower.
Opening large books like the bible faster will be great.

Hi Paul,
Well, I've downloaded over 1200 messages on a couple of occasions as a
test, since email content can really vary as you know.
The MPower did start to slow down relatively speaking around 900 messages
or so, but by the time it got down to 1200 it was still downloading faster
than the
bn running 6.11.
I sure wouldn't advise people to do this though unless it's a real
necessity as that's just a whole lot of mail to try and wade through. <grin>
But, 400 or 500 doesn't even seem to phase the MPower.
As for opening large files, I don't have a pk or access to one for
comparison, but it definitely opens them faster than the bn and quite
possibly the pk too as I
think the processor is faster than that in the pk.
Don
